Sterilization Technician / Dental Assistant — Entry Level

Looking to start a career in dentistry? Our private dental practice in Plover is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to help keep our clinical day running smoothly.

This entry-level position combines instrument sterilization with basic dental assisting responsibilities. We’re looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in being thorough, and is eager to learn.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning, packaging, and sterilizing dental instruments.
• Cleaning, disinfecting, and setting up treatment rooms between patients.
• Taking dental X-rays and intraoral photographs with appropriate training.
• Restocking supplies and keeping clinical areas organized.
• Supporting our dental assistants and clinical team as needed.
• Following infection-control procedures to maintain a clean, safe environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
