One Endodontics is seeking a reliable, adaptable, and patient-focused Full-Time Dental Chairside Assistant (Multi-Location Coverage) to join our growing team!
As a Dental Chairside Assistant, you will work across our Northern Virginia locations, providing chairside support wherever coverage is needed. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, works well with different teams, and is comfortable traveling between offices.

What You’ll Do

• Provide chairside assistance to our endodontists during procedures
• Travel between One Endodontics locations as needed to provide staffing coverage
• Take digital and CBCT X-rays
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures
• Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection-control protocols
• Help ensure patients are comfortable, informed, and well cared for
• Assist with room turnover and maintaining an efficient clinical workflow
• Support different doctors and teams across our offices
• Assist with front-desk duties when needed

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience
• X-ray certification required
• Comfortable traveling between multiple office locations
• Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing staffing needs
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with different doctors, teams, and office environments
• Endodontic experience is a plus

• X-ray certification
