Front Desk Coordinator – Pediatric & Orthodontic Dental Practice

Bright Healthy Smiles is seeking a friendly, energetic, and reliable Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing pediatric and orthodontic dental practice in Upper East Side in Manhattan. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient communication
• Verify patient information and process payments
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records
• Support daily office opening and closing procedures
• Assist with administrative and team support duties as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Dental or medical office experience is a plus, but not required — paid training provided
