We are a thriving, family-oriented dental practice in Bloor West Village, on the subway line, dedicated to providing comprehensive , individual cutting-edge care for all ages. We are a digital office, both at the administration and practical level. We offer excellent customer service, 3D printing, orthodontics, Airway dentistry and advanced general care.

We are looking for a truly special person to join our front desk team. This position is not simply answering phones and data entry. You will be the face and voice of our practice to actively help build the business, foster deep community relationships and complement our safe, growth-mindset culture.

Candidates must be comfortable with technology, possess good communication skills, be open to growing, have experience with dental office administration and be able to collaborate. It is important the candidate have experience with ClearDent dental software.

Pay range is $24-$27/hour depending on experience and what one can bring to the business.
