We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others. Dental experience is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train the right person!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming first impression
• Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling questions
• Schedule appointments and help manage the daily schedule
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Collect payments and assist with basic financial arrangements
• Verify and update patient information
• Support the clinical and business teams to ensure smooth patient flow
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office
