Dental Front Desk

Overview

We are seeking full time front desk position to join our friendly and helpful team. Part time will be considered for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient care and supporting their team members and patients to deliver quality services throughout the patients visit .

Duties

• Assist front desk staff with answering the phone and scheduling patients for procedures
• Prepare patients for dental procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix and or other software as needed
• Ensure equipment is properly sterilized
• Provide chairside assistance when needed
• Perform dental receptionist duties when asked
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment
• Be respectful and courtious to staff and patients

Experience

• Previous experience is Highly recommended but willing to train the right fit
• Dentix Software is HIGHLY encouraged
• Certification in infection control practices is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish is encouraged but not required
• No drama office that requires no drama
• Hospital scheduling experience will be given the priority for hire

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
