Dental Front Desk

We are seeking a Front Desk team member to join our friendly and dynamic team at a pediatric orthodontic clinic in Hialeah, FL. This role is perfect for a person with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to children and their families. Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and families warmly, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Handle phone calls and emails, answering questions and addressing concerns efficiently.
• Collect and process payments, and verify insurance information.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and patient record management.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to serve our diverse Hialeah community.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• A friendly, patient, and professional attitude, especially when working with children.
