We’re Hiring! Front Desk / Patient Coordinator | Edgewood Dental Care

Edgewood Dental Care is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to join our team!

Our front desk is the first impression of our practice, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, communicates well, and can keep things moving in a busy environment. We work hard, support each other, and believe you can be professional while still having fun at work.

What We Offer:

• $17–$22/hour, based on experience

• Select evenings and Saturdays are required

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome patients and create a positive experience from the moment they walk in
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Check patients in and out
• Maintain an organized and productive schedule
• Verify insurance and update patient information
• Review balances and collect payments
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments and treatment
• Work closely with our clinical team to keep the day running smoothly

Dental experience is a plus, but we also value personality, work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
