Dental Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients, so we’re looking for someone who is welcoming, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Must have Front Desk experience in a dental office.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and create a positive first impression
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
• Check patients in and out efficiently
• Verify and update patient information and insurance details
• Assist with all insurance tasks
• Collect payments and assist with basic billing tasks
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Qualifications:

• You must have one year of Dental Experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
