Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Our growing dental practice is looking for a friendly, compassionate, outgoing individual to join our business office team.

We believe the patient experience begins long before someone sits in the dental chair. Every phone call, every conversation, and every interaction is an opportunity to make someone feel valued and cared for.

We hire for attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to serve others. Previous dental or business office experience is welcome, but it's not required. We're happy to train the right person who brings the personality, motivation and commitment to excellence we're looking for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check out patients with warmth and professionalism
• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, answering patient questions and reviewing financial options
• Collect and process payments, including out-of-pocket costs
• Accurately enter and update patient financial and treatment information
• Coordinate future appointments based on doctor recommendations
• Collaborate closely with clinical and front office staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Assist with incoming calls, appointment confirmations, and general front desk duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior dental front office or checkout experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable discussing fees and financial arrangements
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with dental software (e.g., Open Dental, Dentrix Ascend etc.) a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
