Dental Front Office

We are looking for someone with an amazing personality and customer service skills to join our thriving South Lyon dental practice! This job would entail all aspects of patient administration including computer skills, answering phones, insurance claims, scheduling appointments, completing financial arrangements, and managing social media.

A genuine compassion for others and a positive attitude are essential. A knowledge of Dentrix software is extremely valuable. However, we would be willing to hire and train someone who is eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records using Dentrix software.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with insurance billing and collections, utilizing computer skills to process transactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations and patient flow.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
