Dental Front Office Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly dental front office team member to help oversee the daily operations of our fun pediatric dental office. The ideal candidate will have a background in dental or medical office administration, dental or medical insurance verification, and possess strong customer service skills preferably in a dental office setting.

OFFICE HOURS: M-TH 7:45- 4:30 and 1 Friday a Month

*Willing to train the right person.

Duties:

• Ensure efficient patient flow

• Oversee insurance verification for all patients

• Follow-up on insurance benefits

-Check in/ out patients

-Collect patient co-pays

• Provide leadership

-Answer incoming calls

-Set up and confirm patient appointments

Skills:

• Customer service, particularly within a dental office environment.

• Maintaining an upbeat, positive office environment.

• Familiar with dental terminology to support administrative tasks.

-Strong organizational skills.
