Dental Insurance Coordinator

Our schedule is flexible depending on the right candidate. We are more interested in finding someone highly experienced in dental insurance than requiring a specific number of hours.

We are a small, privately owned dental practice looking for an experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator. You will work directly alongside the owner-dentist in a close-knit office where your role is clearly defined and your experience is valued. Your focus is dental insurance. We need someone who can independently own the insurance process from verification → claim submission → follow-up → payment.

Strong knowledge of dental PPO plans and claims- Comfortable calling insurance companies and resolving claim issues- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage insurance A/R- Open Dental experience is a plus- 2+ years of dental insurance experience preferred

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
