Dental Lab Technician

Full-Time: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

CDI is growing, and we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team! If you take pride in precision, efficiency, and producing high-quality dental work that directly impacts patient care, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Fabricate and repair dental prosthetics, appliances, and restorations
• Read and interpret prescriptions from dentists and residents
• Ensure quality control and accuracy of all lab work
• Maintain lab equipment and a clean, organized workspace
• Collaborate closely with clinical teams to meet patient needs and deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior dental lab experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet production timelines
• Knowledge of infection control and safety standards
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
