You will manage advanced 3D printing and milling equipment, work with high-quality materials like green state zirconia, and produce precision orthodontic trays.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3D Printers and Milling Machines: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot digital manufacturing equipment to ensure consistent high-quality output and minimal downtime.
• Green State Zirconia Processing: Handle, mill, sinter, and finish green state zirconia restorations with precision and attention to esthetics and fit.
• Ortho Tray Production: Design, print, and finish clear orthodontic aligner trays and related appliances using digital workflows.
• Prepare cases for production and perform quality control checks at every stage.

Recommended Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Dental Lab Technician, preferably with strong background in digital dentistry.
• Hands-on experience operating 3D printers, mills (CAD/CAM systems), and working with zirconia materials is preferred.
• Comfortable working with computers.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
