About the Position

Casper Dental Corporation is seeking an experienced, bilingual dental management professional to support operations across our five family dental practices in the Dallas/DFW area.

This is a hands-on, supplemental management role. You will work at different locations based on staffing, operational needs, and office performance. For example, you may support Midtown one week and Mesquite the next.

This position does not require traveling between multiple offices in the same day. We are looking for a proven dental leader who can coach teams, improve performance, and help maintain consistent company standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of dental management experience.
• Previous experience managing dental office operations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Required.
• Monday through Saturday availability. Required.
• Experience with KPIs, production goals, and performance improvement.
• Treatment planning, case presentation, and third-party patient financing experience.
• Ability to work at different office locations throughout the Dallas/DFW area.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coaching skills.
• Customer service mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide management and operational support to offices as needed.
• Coach teams and collaborate with office managers to improve performance.
• Monitor production, collections, treatment acceptance, scheduling, and other KPIs.
• Help improve case acceptance through treatment presentation and patient financing options.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvement plans.
• Support employee training, accountability, and consistent office procedures.
• Help resolve patient concerns and maintain a five-star patient experience.
• Communicate office needs, performance updates, and recommendations to leadership.
