Dental Practice Manager

Inspired Family Dental Care is looking for a Practice Administrator / Office Manager who’s ready to take ownership of the business side of a thriving dental office. We’re searching for someone with 3 to 5 years of dental office management experience, someone who understands the numbers, the people, and the purpose behind them both.

We need a true leader by example, organized, punctual, and confident in communication, who knows how to keep the team motivated, supported, and focused. This is a beautiful, single-doctor practice that blends ethical, caring dentistry with a positive, growth-minded team culture. Alongside general dentistry, we currently offer clear aligners and TMJ treatments, with plans to expand into cosmetic, airway, and soft tissue laser services. You’ll work directly with a coach and leadership team to help bring these new offerings to life.
