Duties

help to manage a six surgery dental practice alongside an exsisting practice manager ,ideally requires previous history of managing dental practice with cqc experience ,or has been cqc registered manager in the past

• Supervise daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning
• Lead and motivate the dental team by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a collaborative work environment
• Oversee financial management activities such as budgeting, billing processes, and expense control to maintain the practice’s fiscal health
• Manage human resources functions including hiring, onboarding, staff development, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols to uphold the highest quality of care
• Coordinate patient services by addressing concerns, improving patient experience, and ensuring timely appointment scheduling
• Maintain accurate records of practice performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement

Skills

• Proven supervising experience in a healthcare or dental setting with strong leadership capabilities
• Solid management skills encompassing team leadership, operational oversight, and strategic planning
• Financial management expertise including budgeting, billing procedures, and expense monitoring
• Human resources proficiency with experience in hiring practices, staff development, and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of veterinary or dental healthcare practices is a plus for understanding clinical workflows and patient care standards
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with staff, patients, vendors, and regulatory bodies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 20.0 per week
