Dental Receptionist & Sales

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | No Weekends | Townsville

Casey Dentists is seeking an experienced, confident and motivated Dental Receptionist & Sales professional to join our busy team.

This is a varied front and back office role for someone who enjoys providing exceptional patient care, building relationships and working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

We are a locally owned, modern dental practice offering a comprehensive range of general and advanced dentistry, including implants, wisdom teeth, All-On-Four, orthodontics, same-day crowns and surgical procedures in our onsite day-surgery facility.

THE ROLE

You will be an important part of the patient journey, responsible for:

• Welcoming and assisting patients
• Managing a busy telephone and reception environment
• Appointment scheduling and patient follow-up
• Responding to phone, email and social media enquiries
• Discussing treatment and fees with patients
• Converting enquiries into appointments
• Processing payments and general administration
• Supporting the clinical team and Practice Manager

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in reception, administration, sales or customer service
• Confident and professional with patients
• An excellent communicator with a warm telephone manner
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Proactive, reliable and able to use initiative
• Confident with computers and fast, accurate touch typing
• Professionally presented and committed to providing outstanding patient care

Dental or medical reception experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right person.
