Dental Receptionist

We are looking for a full time confident, hard-working, and caring individual to join our team as our Lead Receptionist Superstar. If you’re reliable, friendly, and have great organizational skills, we’d love to meet you! Experience is a plus but not crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and make them feel welcome when they arrive
• Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
• Manage appointments and ensure smooth scheduling
• Process payments and handle billing tasks
• Assist the practice manager with various administrative duties
• Working with a team of Dentists, Orthodontist, Oral Health Therapists, Kids Specialist and Oral Surgeon

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring and positive attitude toward patients
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Experience is a plus
