Dental Receptionist

We are a friendly, independent family dental practice looking for an enthusiastic and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent patient care in a welcoming and supportive environment and are looking for someone who shares our friendly, patient-focused approach.

The role will include:

Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service

Answering telephone calls and dealing with patient enquiries

Booking and managing appointments

Taking payments

Maintaining accurate patient records

General reception and administrative duties

Working closely with our dentists, nurses and wider team to ensure the smooth running of the practice

About you:

We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, organised and professional, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

You should be comfortable working in a busy environment, confident using computers and, most importantly, enjoy working with people.

Previous dental receptionist experience is preferred.
