Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in, check-out and scheduling of their procedures.
• Schedule appointments accurately utilizing dental clinic scheduling software (Eagle Soft), ensuring optimal patient flow.
• Verify insurance coverage and process payments efficiently while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies.
• Handle phone communication with professionalism, providing clear information about services, appointment reminders, and answering patient inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies to ensure a well-functioning reception area.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental office preferred, with knowledge of dental terminology is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with dental billing and coding.
• Excellent customer service skills combined with effective phone communication and professional office etiquette.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
