Dental Receptionist – Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Location: Glasgow

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our well-established and growing practice in Glasgow.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience. You’ll be responsible for managing reception duties, supporting our clinical team, and ensuring the smooth running of our busy practice.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a dental reception role (essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident handling appointment bookings, patient queries, and front desk tasks
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a patient-first approach
• Proficiency in dental management systems and office software (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and check in patients, ensuring a positive experience from the start
• Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations
• Maintain accurate patient records while upholding confidentiality
• Handle calls and respond to patient queries professionally
• Process payments and assist with billing inquiries
• Collaborate with the dental team to support smooth day-to-day operations
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organised reception area
• Carry out additional administrative duties as required
