Dental Receptionist

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. If you are an energetic upbeat person who works well with others, we want to hear from you! Office hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits
• Collect payments and process billing through electronic billing systems
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
• Answer patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns

Experience

• Prior experience in a dental or medical office environment is highly preferred, especially in front desk or administrative support roles within a dental clinic setting
• Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft is preferred.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) are important
• Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and clerical experience in a healthcare setting

Pay: $21.00 - $31.00 per hour
