Dental Receptionist

We have an opportunity for experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team for three days a week Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9.00 am to 5.30 PM.

Full time can be considered between our practices in other location for someone looking for full time.

We are well established dental practices providing modern dental care at high standards.  We provide specialist dental services and general dental services.

We have very friendly and experienced team of dental professionals. We offer a fun and rewarding work environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person with good communication skills for our Norwest practice.

Immediate start.

The practice is located close to Norwest Metro station.

Duties:

• Receptionist duties, including customer service, scheduling appointments, answering patient enquirers, and confirming appointments
• Communicating with referring dentists and other specialists
• Stock management and ordering
• Preparing patients & facilities for dental treatment

Skills & experience:

• Dental Receptionist experience is essential
• Knowledge of Dental4Windows is an advantage.
• Good communication skills
• Dental chair-side assisting
• Knowledge of dental Infection control procedures
• prefer someone with long term commitment
