Dental Receptionist

We are a growing private dental practice committed to providing exceptional oral healthcare services to our patients. Our team is looking for an experienced dental front desk receptionist with some clinical knowledge to join our office. If you have excellent communication skills, a good knowledge of dental language, and a passion for creating a welcoming patient experience, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly attitude

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage an efficient appointment calendar.

-Verify and update patient information and insurance details

• Assist in processing patient billing and insurance claims

• Handle patient inquiries and address their concerns with empathy and understanding

-Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient flow.

• Collaborate with office staff to maintain a clean and organized office

• Detail oriented and a team player

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
