Dental Studio – Chichester

4 Days Per Week | Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

Looking for a fresh opportunity in a small, 2 surgery, friendly, professional dental practice?

Dental Studio is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our established private dental practice in Chichester.

We are looking for someone with previous dental experience, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering excellent patient care.

This opportunity may also suit a qualified Dental Nurse looking to move into reception or explore a mixed reception and clinical role.

The Role

You will play an important part in ensuring our patients receive a warm welcome and a professional, seamless experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and managing enquiries
• Booking appointments and managing diaries
• Handling telephone calls and patient communications
• Supporting clinicians and the wider practice team
• Maintaining accurate patient records and general administration
• Using our Dentally practice management system

About You

We would love to hear from you if you are:

• Experienced in working within a dental practice – essential
• Friendly, confident and professional
• Organised, reliable and a great team player
• Passionate about providing excellent patient care
• Comfortable using dental software and IT systems
• Positive, proactive and keen to develop your skills

Experience using Dentally would be an advantage, but is not essential.
