We’re looking for a Receptionist/Dental Assistant to join our vibrant and growing team in Putney.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reception & Administration

• Greeting patients warmly and creating a welcoming experience
• Managing phone calls, emails, and online enquiries
• Scheduling appointments and keeping the day running smoothly
• Assisting with patient follow-ups and administrative tasks
• Processing payments and assisting with general reception duties

Dental Assisting

• Preparing treatment rooms and setting up for procedures
• Assisting the dentist during a range of dental procedures
• Chairside assisting and anticipating the dentist’s needs
• Preparing and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
• Cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilising instruments in accordance with infection control procedures
• Taking and processing dental X-rays when required and appropriately trained
• Assisting with impressions, scans, photographs, and other clinical procedures
• Providing patients with support and reassurance throughout their treatment
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the clinic
• Restocking clinical supplies and helping to keep the practice organised
• Following all infection control, sterilisation, and workplace health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Availability to work 2–3 days per week
• A cheerful, caring personality with excellent communication skills
• Someone who is organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
• A positive team player who enjoys working with people
• Comfortable appearing on social media and assisting with content creation
• Dental reception and/or dental assisting experience is highly regarded but not essential — we’re happy to train the right person
• Experience with Principle dental software is a bonus
• Own transport preferred
• Willingness to obtain a First Aid Certificate and required immunisations if needed
