We are seeking a warm and organised person with exceptional communication skills to join our team as a receptionist in our modern and progressive practice close to Melbourne CBD and public transport.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

In addition to being the pleasant first point of contact and face of the practice, you will be involved in daily administrative responsibilities which are integral to the smooth running of the practice (managing new patient leads, appointment making, taking payments, calendar management). You will become a familiar face to our friendly and loyal patients of whom you will interact with on a daily basis.

You will be joining a young and dynamic team who are passionate about providing premium dental care services!

Although preferable, dental experience is not required. However, a strong background in customer service is necessary. Along with experienced receptionists, we encourage applicants with previous experience in hospitality or customer facing roles. All dental specific training and support will be provided on the job for the right candidate to excel in this position.

Established for more than 40 years previously in St Vincent's Hopsital Fitzroy, we have moved to our beautifully appointed purpose built location in East Melbourne - 8 treatment suites including two hospital-grade general anesthetic theatres.
