Dental Schedule Manager

We are looking for a fun and dynamic dental front office scheduling expert to ensure the schedule is maximized and running smoothly. Previous dental front office experience is a requirement and previous experience with Denticon and assisting would be a plus. Your role would be to create, maintain, and monitor the schedule ensuring smooth flow for the entire office all while maximizing collection and production.

Responsibilities

• manage patient scheduling and direct patient traffic flow
• respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquiries
• maintain patient data according to regulations and company policies
• understand the revenue structure of the office and participate in solutions that drive hitting goals
• manage unscheduled treatment
• communicate with patients effectively
• manage the All-on-X workflow

Skills

• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Proficiency in Open Dental preferred, but proficiency in a dental software required
• Forward/Big Picture Thinker
• Able to set boundaries and make clear rational decisions.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
• Clinical dental experience a HUGE plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
