Dental Scheduling Coordinator

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a multiple doctor/ hygienist schedule. We are in search of an outgoing detail-oriented person. The ideal candidate will be motivated by completing their work in a timely, efficient manner and possess excellent customer service skills.

Full time position working Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Appropriate scheduling of doctors and hygienists.
• Assign staff members to patients and tasks according to needs.
• Verification of dental benefits prior to patient's appointments.
• Patient recall
• Patient Campaigns
• Patient Registrations
• Be flexible and adaptable when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
