Dental Sterilization Assistant

At Welly Dental Studio, we believe dentistry can feel calm, personal, and unrushed. We're a privately owned boutique practice built around one idea: a better dental experience. That experience depends on clean, well-prepared treatment rooms and a clinical day that runs smoothly and on time, which makes this one of the most important roles on our team.

We're looking for a Sterilization Assistant who is meticulous, quick on their feet, and proud of a job done right. You'll own sterilization and room readiness so our clinical team can give every patient their full attention.

What you'll do

• Own the sterilization area: clean, package, sterilize, and store instruments

• Turn over treatment rooms between patients so every reservation starts on time

• Disinfect surfaces and equipment to infection control standards

• Set up rooms with the right trays and materials for each procedure

• Keep every treatment room fully stocked and organized

• Monitor supply levels and flag what needs reordering before it runs out

• Run and log sterilizer tests and equipment maintenance

• Open and close the clinical areas each day

• Come to morning huddle prepared for the day's schedule

• Step in to support the clinical team wherever the day calls for it

Schedule

• Four-day work week: Tuesday through Friday, with a three-day weekend every week

• Shift hours 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch

• Morning huddle at 8:40 AM

• Patient hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week
