Dental Sterilization Technician

We’re a fun, fast-paced pediatric + orthodontic office on a mission to make dental visits something patients actually look forward to — and we need YOU behind the scenes helping make it happen!

We’re looking for a Sterilization Technician who is detail-oriented, hardworking, and has a team-first attitude. If you love keeping things organized, can keep up in a busy environment, and understand how important infection control is to patient care, we want you on our team!

What you’ll be doing:

• Cleaning, disinfecting, packaging, and sterilizing dental instruments
• Operating sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners
• Monitoring and documenting sterilization cycles
• Keeping the sterilization area clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Stocking and organizing instruments and supplies for our clinical team
• Following proper infection control and safety protocols
• Supporting the dental team to help keep the office running efficiently

What we’re looking for:

• Previous dental sterilization or dental office experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and follow proper sterilization and infection control procedures

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
