The Burkitt Center for Comprehensive Dentistry is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Sterilization Technician to join our team!

We are a large, fast-paced dental practice specializing in comprehensive and biological dentistry. With multiple providers and a busy clinical schedule, our sterilization department plays an essential role in keeping our office running efficiently and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying organized, and understands the importance of working behind the scenes to support an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily flow of instruments through our sterilization department.
• Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and organize dental instruments according to established infection control protocols.
• Ensure instruments and procedure setups are prepared and readily available for our clinical team.
• Monitor sterilization equipment, perform routine testing, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Keep the sterilization area clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Monitor instrument inventory and communicate supply needs.
• Work closely with dental assistants and providers to anticipate instrument needs and prevent delays in patient care.
• Assist with other clinical support duties as needed.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
