We prefer someone with some dental office experience, but we are willing to train those with obvious ambition.

We’re looking for a Sterilization Tech to join us Monday through Thursday with fabulous early riser hours 6:30am to 3:30pm. Our uniquely fabulous, low-drama team values quality dentistry, supports each other, and actually enjoys coming to work (and yes… we laugh a lot too).

An ideal candidate will:

* Be a valued team player who keeps the flow going by:

- providing beginning of day office set up

- maintaining sterile instrument flow

- performing routine dental op set up, break down and room sterilization

- assisting the dental hygienists with periodontal charting

- perform end of day duties

- serving as a key liaison between front and back office personnel

- learning new skills ie., taking dental xrays, digital scanning, chairside assisting

* Thrive with a quality-focused and fun team

* Have a positive warm attitude with excellent communication skills
