Responsibilities

• Fabricate dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic devices based on detailed prescriptions and molds provided by dentists.
• Ensure all restorations meet strict quality control standards for fit, function, and appearance.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials used, and production timelines to support efficient workflow.
• Collaborate closely with dental professionals to interpret technical drawings and patient-specific requirements.
• Operate and maintain specialized IT equipment used in digital dentistry processes, including CAD/CAM systems.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate production schedules and address any technical issues promptly.
• Uphold high standards of patient care by producing restorations that enhance comfort and functionality.

Experience

• Proven experience working as a Dental Technician or in a related dental laboratory role.
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy, materials science, and fabrication techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with dentists and other team members clearly and professionally.
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with IT systems used in digital dentistry for designing and manufacturing restorations.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and continuously improve technical skills.
• Prior experience in patient care or nursing is a plus but not mandatory; a passion for delivering high-quality dental solutions is essential.
