Dental Technician

Urban Smiles Dental Clinic is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking a qualified professional with strong technical skills and experience in dental laboratory procedures and digital dental workflows.

Job Description

The Dental Technician will be responsible for fabricating, modifying, and repairing dental prosthetics based on prescriptions and specifications provided by dentists. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and familiarity with modern digital dental technologies and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and modify dental prosthetics according to dentist prescriptions and patient requirements.
• Work with digital dental workflows, including digital impressions, CAD/CAM processes, and other digital laboratory technologies.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, fit, and aesthetics of dental prosthetic products.
• Inspect completed dental appliances and prosthetics for quality and consistency.
• Coordinate with dentists and clinic teams to clarify specifications and ensure accurate results.
• Maintain proper handling and organization of dental laboratory materials and equipment.
• Follow established quality control, safety, and laboratory standards.
• Complete assigned laboratory work accurately and within required timelines.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Dental Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in Digital Dental Workflow and familiarity with digital laboratory processes.
• Proven experience in fabricating dental prosthetics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision and quality.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with dentists and other members of the dental team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new dental technologies and techniques.
