An established diary, varied clinical work and a friendly team around you.

We’re looking to welcome a caring, approachable Dental Therapist into Team TD at Thornhill Dental.

You’ll be joining our independent, family-run practice to take over established clinics from a much-loved team member who will be leaving in 2027 for personal and family reasons. We’ll be sorry to see her go, but fully support her decision and are planning a smooth handover for her patients and our new therapist.

Your role

You’ll take over a currently full diary with a lovely mix of adults and children. Your clinics will include hygiene and periodontal care, adult restorative treatment and children’s dental care within your scope of practice.

It’s an opportunity to enjoy the variety of dental therapy, build lasting patient relationships and help people feel more comfortable and confident about their oral health.

Days and hours

This role covers three fixed days each week:

• Tuesday: 1:00pm–8:30pm
• Wednesday: 1:00pm–8:30pm
• Friday: 8:15am–5:00pm

The role is offered on a self-employed basis, with an anticipated start in January 2027. The exact start date and handover arrangements will be agreed with the successful candidate.

About you

We’d love to hear from a Dental Therapist who:

• Is qualified and GDC registered.
• Ideally has at least two years’ experience since qualifying.
• Enjoys caring for both adults and children.
• Takes a warm, thoughtful approach to patient care, including supporting nervous patients.
• Enjoys working as part of a team and sharing knowledge.
• Can commit to the days and hours above.

Experience with EMS AIRFLOW® would be welcome, but isn’t essential.
