Dental Treatment Coordinator

We're Hiring: Experienced Dental Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator

Location: Rockville, MD
Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Crown Dental Care is looking for an experienced, dependable Dental Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

We're a busy, established dental practice looking for someone who is confident working in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with patients, and understands what it takes to keep a dental schedule running smoothly. This is a hands-on front desk position, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities throughout the day and working closely with both our administrative and clinical teams.

Responsibilities Include:

• Welcoming and checking in patients
• Answering phones and managing patient communication
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining a productive schedule
• Checking patients out and scheduling their next visits
• Collecting payments and reviewing account balances
• Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements
• Following up on unscheduled treatment
• Reviewing upcoming appointments and identifying scheduling and treatment opportunities
• Communicating with the clinical team to keep the day running efficiently
• Helping resolve patient questions and concerns professionally
• Supporting other front desk responsibilities as needed

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has prior dental front desk experience
• Is confident discussing treatment plans, fees, and financial arrangements with patients
• Understands dental scheduling and the importance of maintaining a productive schedule
• Is comfortable collecting payments and discussing patient balances
• Has strong communication and customer service skills
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Is dependable and punctual
• Takes initiative and is willing to jump in where needed
• Works well as part of a team
• Is comfortable learning new systems and workflows

Experience with Open Dental is a plus, but not required.

Schedule

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position.

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
• Friday: 6:30 AM–2:00 PM

Our patient hours begin at 7:00 AM, and all team members are expected to arrive at 6:30 AM to prepare for the day.
