Dental Treatment Coordinator

Crownline Dental is a modern, growing dental practice in King of Prussia, and we’re looking for a full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

This is a patient-facing role for someone who is warm, organized, confident, and comfortable helping patients understand their treatment, insurance, and financial options.

Responsibilities

• Review treatment plans with patients in a clear, supportive way
• Help patients understand insurance estimates and out-of-pocket costs
• Schedule treatment and follow up with patients who have not yet scheduled
• Coordinate with the doctor and clinical team to keep treatment moving forward
• Present financial options and collect payments
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling as needed
• Maintain accurate patient notes and follow-up records
• Help create a welcoming and organized front-office experience

What We’re Looking For

• Dental front-office or treatment coordination experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial arrangements
• Friendly and professional with patients
• Able to multitask in a busy environment
• Team-oriented and willing to help where needed

Pay: $24–$28/hour, depending on experience
