Schedule for the Treatment Plan Coordinator

• Monday: 9AM – 7PM
• Tuesday: 9AM – 5PM
• Wednesday: 8AM – 4PM
• Thursday: 8M – 3PM
• Friday: Closed
• Saturday: 8AM – 2PM (once a month)

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Treatment Plan Coordinator

• 5+ years of dental experience required
• Present treatment plans with confidence, clarity, and empathy
• Build strong patient relationships and support case acceptance
• Lead and close Invisalign consultations and other treatment presentations
• Explain costs, insurance, financing, and payment options
• Follow up with patients and convert consultations into scheduled treatment
• Coordinate with Dr. Patel and the clinical team to create a seamless patient experience
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records
• Assist clinically when needed
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financial options
• Organized, professional, polished, and goal-oriented
• A team player who thrives in a small, growing practice

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
