What they need
As our practice continues to grow we're looking for an experienced, motivated Floating Treatment Coordinator to join our team and support our three full-time San Diego office locations.
This is a full-time position with a set, predictable schedule between our three locations, allowing you to become familiar with each office, surgeon and team while providing consistent treatment coordination support across the practice. Occasional schedule adjustments may be necessary in the event of an unexpected or urgent staffing need but the primary schedule for this position will be established in advance.
For someone who ultimately prefers a permanent home office, this role also provides the opportunity to transition into a permanent Treatment Coordinator position at one of our three locations when the next appropriate opening becomes available, if desired.
If you're looking for more than just your next job and want to build a long-term career with a growing oral surgery practice, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss.
