Dentist

We are seeking a dentist who is responsible for providing comprehensive oral health care, diagnosing dental conditions, and creating customized treatment plans. In addition to general dentistry, this role specializes in orthodontic treatments using clear aligner systems (e.g., Invisalign) to correct malocclusions, align teeth, and improve patients' oral health and smiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting with patients to discuss and treat dental concerns, performing regular cleanings and other preventative procedures, and establishing a plan for better dental hygiene.

• Performing various dental procedures with cross selling and high conversion to achieve monthly sales revenue targets.

• Applying helpful agents to teeth, such as sealants or whiteners.

• Prescribing medications for dental problems, such as pain medications or antibiotics.

• Giving clients sedatives or anesthesia prior to administering treatments.

• Ordering diagnostic measures, such as x-rays, models, etc.

• Keeping records relating to the oral health of patients and the treatments given to them.

• Managing and communicating with other staff members to provide care to patients.

Qualifications:

• Graduate Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree.
• Licensure: Valid and active license to practice dentistry issued by the local Dental Council.

Experience & Certifications:

• Minimum of 1‒3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry.
• Certified provider status or formal training in clear aligner systems (e.g., Invisalign Certified Provider) is strongly preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills to explain complex treatment options simply and effectively.
• High level of precision, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a willingness to stay updated with modern dental technologies.
