WANTED: A DENTIST READY TO CRACK THE TOP TEN

An 8-Chair Practice in Armadale, Melbourne is Looking for its Next Major Champion

---

Think of the world's best golfers. They've worked their way up the rankings through years of skill and dedication, and they're now comfortably inside the top 100 in the world. Respected by their peers. Results that speak for themselves.

But the best players know something else: they're not done climbing.

They want the top ten. They want to win a Major. They want to play alongside people who'll sharpen their game just by being in the group — and a course worthy of the effort.

If that sounds like where you're at in your dental career, keep reading.

That's exactly where we come in.

The Course

Our practice sits in one of Melbourne's most beautiful suburbs — Armadale — a location that attracts patients who expect (and appreciate) championship-level outcomes. Eight chairs. A polished, high-performing team. And a patient base that rewards precision, care, and genuine clinical excellence.

Your Playing Partners

You won't be going it alone. Our three senior dentists bring a combined 70 years of experience to the practice — the kind of guidance every top athlete relies on to keep improving, no matter how good they already are. Think of it as having three experienced coaches in your corner.

What You'll Bring

We're not looking for someone just starting out. We're looking for someone who has already proven themselves, time and again:

• ✅ 25+ clear aligner cases completed with confidence
• ✅ 25+ implants placed
• ✅ Comfortable and confident with extractions in preparation for implant placement
• ✅ Proven composure across most clinical situations — steady hands, calm head, no matter the challenge

You've already achieved plenty in your career. You're genuinely good at what you do. What you're missing isn't skill — it's the right environment, the right people around you, and the right opportunity to go from very good to great.

The Prize

Mentorship from three highly experienced principals. A beautiful, high-calibre practice environment. Patients who value quality outcomes and reward the dentist who delivers them. And a genuine pathway to levelling up your career — not just another chair, but a real shot at your Major.
