Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. Duties

• Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and dental implants.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments utilizing medical and dental history reviews, clinical examinations, and diagnostic imaging to develop accurate diagnoses.
• Utilize dental terminology and medical documentation skills to record detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.
• Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry practices to deliver efficient and comfortable patient experiences.
• Communicate clearly with patients about treatment options, procedures, and post-treatment care to foster trust and understanding.
• Stay current with advancements in dental technology (Dentrix Ascend), and medical imaging tools to enhance treatment quality.

Qualifications

• Valid state dental license with certification to practice dentistry in accordance with local regulations.
• Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and implantology preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and healthcare diagnosis processes.
• Familiarity with electronic health records systems Dentrix (Ascend) is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics fabrication, and other advanced procedures confidently.
• Excellent client communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Commitment to infection control standards and maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
