Job Responsibilities

• Examine patients, diagnose dental conditions, and prepare appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform routine dental procedures, including scaling, polishing, restorations, and extractions, within the dentist’s competence.
• Provide preventive dental care and educate patients about oral hygiene.
• Assist in treatment planning for root canal treatment, crowns, bridges, and other dental procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment charts, and clinical documentation.
• Follow sterilization protocols, infection control guidelines, and biomedical waste management procedures.
• Explain treatment options, procedures, and costs clearly to patients.
• Maintain professional ethics and ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with dental assistants and other clinic staff for smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• BDS degree from a recognized dental college.
• Valid dental council registration.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good clinical skills and patient-handling abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for patient records and billing.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
