Position Overview

We are seeking a performance-driven Denturist to join our growing network of high-volume, modern dental clinics. This is a casual permanent opportunity designed for professionals who value flexibility, autonomy, and strong earning potential.

You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality removable prosthetics while collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team to drive patient satisfaction, case acceptance, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive denture services including:
• Complete dentures
• Partial dentures
• Immediate dentures
• Implant-supported overdentures
• Conduct patient assessments, impressions, fittings, and adjustments
• Collaborate with dentists on complex and implant cases
• Ensure high-quality case execution with strong attention to detail
• Educate patients on treatment options and maintenance
• Drive case acceptance through clear communication and trust-building
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Licensed Denturist in Ontario (CDO registration in good standing)
• Strong clinical experience in removable prosthetics
• Experience with implant-supported dentures (preferred)
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on production and growth
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations

Schedule

• Part-time position including evenings/weekends

Pay: $38,491.29-$132,239.45 per year
