DEO (Data Entry Operator)

• Input Data: Type text and numbers from paper forms, PDFs, or audio files into digital software.
• Verify Information: Check data for mistakes or missing details, and fix errors before saving.
• Organize Files: Scan paper documents, print files, and maintain digital filing systems.
• Generate Reports: Create basic spreadsheets and management reports when requested.
• Protect Data: Keep sensitive company and customer information safe and private.
• Perform Backups: Save regular copies of data to prevent information loss.

Required Skills

• Fast Typing: A typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) or higher with high accuracy.
• Computer Literacy: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent focus to spot small spelling or numerical errors.
• Time Management: Ability to finish large tasks within tight deadlines.
• Communication: Good reading, writing, and speaking skills to work with different teams.

Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in data entry or office administration is a plus, but freshers with good computer skills are welcome.
• Training: Basic computer certificates or secretarial course training are helpful.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
