Department Admin

About the role

Saxco Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and highly organised Department Admin to join our big family in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our administration department, ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Open for several department admin : Purchasing Admin, Sales Admin, Warehouse Admin,  Account Admin

What you'll be doing

• Manage and maintain office administration systems and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the department, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and processing reports.
• Liaise with internal and external to address inquiries and handle correspondence
• Assist with department strategies planning and coordination if needed
• Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical duties as required
• Support the team with special projects and ad-hoc tasks

What we're looking for

• At least 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
