- Graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electronic and Communication Engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing operation, Professional level experience in developing curriculum, doing training and presentations, developing, implementing and evaluating training programs is required.
- Responsible for management and improvement of technical training process and its courses for Operations and Support Functions. Administers the development of employees’ skills by assessing the training needs, planning, designing, development and implementation of technical training programs/ customizing training
programs. implementing various training methods, managing training budgets, adhering to training best practices. and for managing all phases of training interventions for manufacturing division. Continuously improve the technical training programs and ensures its effectiveness, its alignment to Business Performance and directions
